1. GuestPass Cloud is provided by Simple Technologies ("we") to create and manage guest WiFi vouchers and RADIUS credentials on UniFi® networks you are authorized to manage. 2. You are responsible for the credentials and API keys you connect and for compliance with your own customers' policies. 3. Service is provided "as is" during the preview period; paid subscription terms will be published before billing begins. 4. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or third-party APIs. 5. UniFi® and Ubiquiti® are trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc.; GuestPass Cloud is an independent product not affiliated with or endorsed by Ubiquiti Inc.

Privacy Policy (summary draft)

We store: account email/name, hashed passwords (never viewable), encrypted UniFi API credentials (AES-256, used only to execute the actions you request), voucher history, and operational logs. Google sign-in shares only your name, email, and profile photo with us. We do not sell data. Data lives on Cloudflare's network (Workers/D1, US jurisdiction). Contact support@simple-technologies.com for data deletion.
